The way of doing business has changed a lot from what it was few years back and today as the level of competition both in terms of quantity and quality is high, organizations need to very much effective in their approach of doing business and ensure a strategy that is helpful for them in getting an edge over its competitors and having a competitive advantage that will help them stand out in the crowd as well. We need to understand that as business organizations our primary objective is to generate revenue and incur profit from the same but along with that we need to think about our environment as well take certain corporate social responsibilities which will provide a positive aspect to the organization. If we plan to design our business process in such a way which will promote waste management, recycling, etc. then there is no doubt the process will be efficient helping us reduce waste generation and also produce maximum output based on minimum input and efforts. Consumers also get a positive feeling about such organizations as they are involved in social service and this helps in getting better business than the rest too.
