protein concentrations varies among cells from different tissues, proteins play multiple role's in structuring cells, signaling and communicating with surroundings and mediating several funations and catalysing metabolic activities in the form of enzymes. Changes in protein concentration leads to functional and structural changes in different tissues. DNA concentration even though similar among bodily tissues the change in expression changes the functional changes among tissues.

DNA protein ratio desides the differential protein expression among tissues, which causes structural and functional diversity of tissue system. The proteins binding to the DNA desides chromatin organisation and which part of DNA need to be expressed in which tissue at what extant. based on the type of tissue the size and functionality of the cell will be desided by the protein to DNA ratio
