An employee can not be sure every time that his work supports boss
work and if his work is meeting with the goal of the organizations
or not. It is usual happening that a conflict occurs between an
employee and a manager, boss or someone in position over him. In an
organization, conflict can occur on differ rent values,
preferences, approaches and goals. Conflicts often occur due to not
meeting the expectation. It must be addressed and solved before it
gets worse for both as well as for the organization.
For this, the employee could address conflicts and address the
underlying issues and needs and then identify mutually acceptable
solution.. this is a good resource and one of the strong conflict
resolutions. The employees could share their problems and focus on
the issue and not on the persona grudges. The employee required to
take time listening to his boss and try to view the whole situation
from his boss point of view. In this process, the employee should
not interrupt the boss and respect his answer. Then, the employee
can put his views and expectation to them after clarifying their
intentions and ask the boss for a solution that meets the
expectation of both the employee and boss.
