1. According to Gary Becker, there is discrimination on the basis of race. Black laborers are paid less than the white laborers. If there are more known non racial employers, they will accommodate more black laborers. As a result, his profit will be maximized. There should be great competition among the non racial employers and the racial employers, this will result max profit for the non racial employer. Therefore, we should expect competition to eliminate discrimination.

2. Implicit bias is the feelings and thoughts and our actions without our own conscious awareness. It is some stereotype attitude in our own mindset. For Example, we may think that the white people can play better than the black ones in Africa. It was reported that the NBA referees make calls that favour home teams, teams loosing during games and teams loosing in play or series.
