Firstly we need to understand the necessity for developing of particular processes and implementation thereof in the best interest of organisation. Secondly we need to consider that issues raised will be resolved promptly with developing the processes suggested and will be taken care by the relevant personnel who is capable to handle the issue properly.
We need to consider all other relevant factors in braoder way. Whether the processes will impact the existing set up of the company, how much benefits will arise from this processes, how much costs and expenses will be incurred on such new processes, how much benefits will be derived from this new processes. The relevant personnel are avaialble in the exisiting set up or no recruitments are to be done for the same. Whether this is the additional job for the relevant personeel, and he will handle it carfully without deviating from his present responsiblities.
