Answer #1

According to me, the answer should be responsiblity because the leaders help the group to know the responsibility they will be having. When the responsibility is being given to the members then the member is fully aware of the actions and activities they are going to do so that the objectives of the group can be achieved in a proper manner. Thus, memebers should be fully made responsible as a responsible person is always dedicated to his work.He knows about his own particular targets and in how much time the targets have to be accomplished.
