  • Forces likehydrophibic bonds, Hydrogen bonds, Di-sulphide bonds and vander-wallforce are possible reasons for Fructose1,6-bisphosphatase.
  • The catalytic site is located in the lysine residue . At the optimal pH the enzyme side chain is in Amphipathic state for the enzyme fructose 1,6 bisphosphate.
