1) Bullying -

It is using of force and threat so to make another party act in an involuntary way. This is an intentional behavior which aims to harm or injure another party. Sometimes bullying is happened on a regular basis and becomes habitual. Bullying is not necessarily an aggressive behavior but it can hurt a person physically, mentally and emotionally.

2) Tactics of bullying -

Bullying can happen in many places and many ways and some of the tactics are -

1. One of the common tactics is ostracism, that means using the silent treatment.
2. Common bullying of people in workplace is making false accusations of errors which they haven't done.
3. Using non-verbal ways to intimidate others or the weak ones.

3) Consequences of bullying -

The consequences of bullying is very harmful when it goes for a long term. Both the people who bully others and who are being bullied are affected negatively and it affects them mentally. Some of the consequences of bullying are -

1. One of the consequences of bullying is physical health affect which can stay for a long term and for a short term.
2. Mentally affect lead to have insecurities of an individual.
