Answer

Different society cluster means a different group of society. The Culture is a group of people whose believes, behaviors, thinking, morals, and other characteristics are common.

I haven’t had an opportunity to work with a person with different cluster yet but I believe the interaction between the two people with different culture background can teach you many things. When two mindsets meet it gives a third mindset which is more flexible and productive which is better than the previous ones.

Leading over a person with different society cluster like state culture, religion or area culture can give rise to the conflict when taken with negative mind or can give rise to an unbreakable bond and respect when taken with positive mind. It differs from individual to individual. Ideas and ideologies of different people are different but when united to work together then it gives most productive result.
