According to de-broglie's hypothesis when a particle is moving with velocity v, then the wave length associated with the particle is :

lambda = h/mv

"m" is the mass of the electron which supports wave nature of electron

Bohr's atomic model and photoelectric effect experiment supports the particle nature of electron
