Financial Crisis of 2008 has drastically shattered the economy of the US nation. It affected the value of the assets hold by low and middle income class group of people. Increase in the value of the housing asset caused the housing bubble which increased the debt of payment who already booked for the house in the certain period of time. Such housing bubble crisis lead to more borrowings with the high rate of interest. According to my opinion i will oblige the rules framed by the Federal government to overcome if any financial crisis occurs like crisis happened in 2008. I will choose the right option of purchasing asset with least value appreciation adjoining with the less rate of interest. I will pay less rate of interest if i was put into the condition of borrowing.
I will closely check the financially viability of the Commercial nor Investment Bank in which i maintaining my current account, Savings account. In such there is huge chance of high rate of hedge funds to be invested in any risk source of business ventures. If i happen to met any incident of any risk of overflow hedge funds then i divert my invested funds to other non-risk channels which gives optimum level of interest. To be clear, i will spend very less or in optimum level of amount for investing either in purchasing the assets nor in regulated stock exchange in order to get the goods returns without any risk.
