As a team leader we need to face many challenges especially if it is a team with individuals from diverse work environments or cultures. We are responsible for making them work together and coordinate with each other. This helps the team in effective planning . We must be able to make them respect each other and work in unity . The decisions must be taken as a team . But we often face issues like non cooperation from certain team members as they disagree with the plan or the ideas of other team members. Problems in language differences, lack of proper communication between the team, ego issues etc., are examples of the challenges faced by a team manager. However they also get many opportunities where the team comes to perfect decisions or has a combination of skilled members who would make the project successful if they work together. The manager is responsible for making the team work together leaving all their differences and issues.
