One such article published by Bhatya Swift Yasgur recently on exercise and mental health.It describes that mental health along with physical health can be improved on regular exercise. The main benefit of achieving a good mental health is by working out altleast 45 minutes a day and about e_5 times per week.This can even form as a modifiable factor in all patients irrespective of any differences among patient to improve mental health.
