Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Specialist, Business Value, Strategic Planning, Employee Value preposition are few of the key words in the HR industry which are being frequently talked about today.
A variety of disruptions, change in employee generations (Millennial, Gen Z) & war to optimizing the operation cost & improve efficiency can be termed as a few major forces affecting human resources for the future.
Companies are moving more towards strategic HR partnerships and also investing in HR analytics to ensure that they are able to achieve business goals efficiently. While automation and Artificial Intelligence may seem to reduce the operational work of the HR, it pushes the current HR work force to upskill and evolve.
Another challenge that the HR will have to address is managing remote workforce. This is not something that can be learned easily however will evolve with time.
