Nature versus nurture: When it comes to personality, which do you think is more important? Why? describe in ( 300 words)

As we say that only nature contribute to personality then it will likely to be develop in early stages. Or if we say that nurture contribute to the personality development then the experience we get is equally more important. As both these are important equally, Nature is the genetic makeup of the person which is inborn while the nurtue is the experience one receives from the external world. So it is wrong to say that only the genes or group of genes that contribute to the personality but to explain that genes always work with environment factors to create personality.
