Q1

According to our article, leadership is defined as the ability to inspire confidence and support among the people needed to achieve organizational goals. Leadership is a partnership relationship and it is not like management. That is why I raised the question of the effectiveness of one of your formal managers in leadership. Leadership is a non-work process. As some have pointed out, just because you have a certain position does not make you a leader. If you take any course, I hope for the fact that ... the position does not have equal leadership. Just because a person has a leadership role does not guarantee leadership. Leadership is a process of influence. One can influence someone without a specific hierarchical position. For example, I worked with an organization where some of the most influential personalities did not hold managerial positions. These people are influential because others respect them and because they have experience in the work of their organization. Leadership transcends the status of the organization and is not limited to the boss or CEO. There are so many good examples to be shared in publications . it's almost a treat for some of you to discuss your thoughts on ineffective management people. Passion is real. It is the energy that will guide this course and I appreciate your time and effort. Just as I encourage you to continually evaluate the leadership skills of others because you can learn from effective and ineffective leaders (what not to do), I also recommend that you consider the impact variables. For leaders' performance when evaluating,t he variables influence performance: leadership and personality traits, leadership styles, leadership characteristics of team members, and internal and external environments. It is important to note that all variables are interrelated. Most of the leadership research studies examine these leadership variables
