answer-

Now a days, Businesses like Zara are taking CSR initiatives so that their business can sustain for longer period. Under CSR initiatie, ZARA Focused on putting positive impact on environment in which its store operates. Zara have many stores at many different locations so Zara has set goals of CSR.

The first initiative of Zara is to save energy by 20% from all of its stores. This would help Zara to reduce carbon emission or carbon footprints by its stores on environment.

second initiative of Zara is to Eliminate the use of plastic bags and synthetic fibers in its business operations.Company implemented a automated recycling hanger system which picks up processed and plastic elements from its stores.

We find that Zara is focused more on benefitting the society and environment with its green initiatives. I would recommend Zara to put focus on its workers or employees as well because they are also part of its Corporate social life.

Zara must focus on initiatives which focus on benefitting employees in its stores as well factories where its clothese are manufactured. The practice i would recommend Zara-

I recommend Zara to provide more than minimum wage to its workers in Its factories so that they can perform higher and make design clothes with quality and deliver on time to stores so that Zara can meet customer demand.

I recommend Zara to source materials from farmers and pay them fair price for their organic materials like cotton, organice fibers etc it would make its clothes more natural as well as increae chance of achievement of its CSR goals. suppliers also get to have fair price and improve their standard of living.
