Nonverbal communication is referring to transfer of information or input from one person to another without using any single words , this type of communication possible through gesture , posture, body language , facial expression and clothing. Non verbal communication is one of the effective way of communication where person avoiding to say anything because of the situation requirements. Nonverbal communication is useful in various types of discussion, meetings and other professional and non professional practices.

When company is going overseas that involve several negotiation practices with host country and in these situations multinational companies should do several analysis and research about host country culture and tradition. These research and analysis will be effective when multinational company team negotiating with host country and negotiation will be successful and for long term. These nonverbal characteristic has much importance for multinational companies and company which is going to overseas, business negotiation and discussion are many times fail because improper nonverbal communication so we must have good command over nonverbal communication while planning to overseas.

3. Facial expression- Understanding about nonverbal communication characteristic like facial expression helping much to negotiator while negotiating and step by step discussion on deal.
