Training is the key ingredient for the employees in order to gel well in group and perform. In large organization team work is the most important and company gives lot of emphasis on team building approach as works and projects are allocated to respective teams. In today’s competitive world where company is striving to sustain its market share and increase the productivity it needs to perform the action in unity and for this group dynamics plays a key role. Thus the importance and significance of team are of great importance. Based upon the training need human resource department arrange for trainings where employee are to perform tasks in group, communicate with members, strike a right balance and cord with group members so as to achieve the desired target. Group activities are designed and the performance and behavior of staffs are monitored and adequate feedback is given to the member. Thus with proper training and motivation from the management, performance of the group can be enhanced which will facilitate better productivity and reduce cost.
