Overcoming inertia is the first and the most difficult step of starting a business. One has idea but could not get courage to take risk by breaking the inertia is the hardest think that needs to be overcome. It is hardest because ones you start a business, one gets cue and can do manipulation to bring business on line. however, if the business has not started yet, no improvement can be made.

One should find ways to make one's idea work because it gives satisfaction and contentment. One gets confidence and bring in more energy to make ones own idea work.
