From the perspective of an HR management, it is can be said that it is easier to manage a business when the workforce is non-unionized. This is because when the workforce is non-unionized, the employees are directly dealt by the HR manager regarding the termination to salary. However, when the workforce becomes unionized, HR manager loses the direct contact with the employees. The HR department facilitates many diverse kinds of functions to the small businesses. The HR managers are accustomed to the current laws, and they implement and communicate the same with the employees. Hence, it is always important for an HR department to deal with the employees instead of a worker union.
