Yes if I am hiring a manager for my organization then let's say I am hiring for a Quality manager for my operation team.

Criteria I will choose and why:

1. I will check if he or she has a good track record of the Quality domain in the previous organization- This I will be checking to know his or her technical depth of knowledge.

2. I will check if he meets minimum eligibility criteria set up for that role- This will be checked to know if he or she met the minimum eligibility criteria

Now as a hiring manager if I am satisfied with the above two important points then I will be evaluating him or her on the below points

Ability to mingle within people and the team

Team bonding abilities

Cultural fit for my organization

Humbleness

The above four criteria are important for me to inculcate him or her in our organization so that our unique culture fabric don't get disturbed
