In this case, the correct answer is the individuals in given the treatment on average responded better than the individuals in the control group. Remember that in this type of interventions a control group is highly important because it will help us to compare our experimental results with something in normal conditions. First, we need to take an average of the individuals that responded favorable in the experimental group and compare that average with the control group. The options that says “all the individuals” is not correct because in intervention studies, mostly a few proportion of the cases shows a negative result or not response at all. The data is nor perfect, there are some cases that are not in the normal response.
