1) To the level that you feel comfortable, share what are some tips you may have, or from past experience, that you may use to help gauge if you are in a codependent state.

2) What may be your approach and suggestions to help yourself or someone else to get out of an unhealthy codependent relationship.

1) To travel in a codependent state, one must be responsible enough to handle everything or you can also make a to-do list and do accordingly. Travelling alone is the best thing, you get to spend a lot time discovering yourself, you'll experience a change, specifically, a good change within. It'll make you confident and self reliant. While you are traveling make sure that all your vulnerables are safe. And try to interact and make new friends, get out of your comfort zone, and you'll find that the journey is more beautiful than the destination itself.

2) Relationships are beautiful, they help you to grow and share your pain and happiness with your partner but it is important that you're with someone that makes you feel and being vulnerable an easy thing. Who looks after you and supports you through your journey to achieve your dreams but if someone is making an impact that is hurting you or you don't feel, it's okay and important to end the relationship. Relationships are part of our lives, not our whole life, we need to understand. Get out of the relationship that is hurting you not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well. It is important that you know your worth and fight for what you deserve.
