Answer #1

After observing a meeting of a football club association of which I am a member, i noticed the non verbal communication taking place between the board members and participants.

The first non verbal communication that I noticed was that two of the team members from our group were passing looks to each other which reflected doubt and uncertainty while the revised regulations were being communicated. I also saw a slight fear or apprehension on one of my team member through his restless attitude and expressions on face.

The cues that I identified in the meeting were the revised regulations which participants had to understand and strictly comply with while playing in the coming match.

These cues told me that some of the participants had a lot of doubts and confusions regarding what was being said as they were not interactive during the meeting. The cues also told me that few participants as apparent through their non verbal actions were not agreeable to these regulations and wanted to say something.

The cues told me that the meeting or situation was an unlikely one because the regulations were being trusted on the members without taking their consensus or opinion regarding it. The situation reflected a one way communication where commandments had to be complied by team members.
