Yes, a as a woman it is felt that society around the world needs to make women around the world in companies feel safer and more comfortable in their positions from harassment and sexism because women do feel unsafe in corporate world. Though there have been various laws which bans harassment and sexism at the work place and strict punishment to those follow sexual harassment at the workplace. But the implementation of these laws is weak and women fear to go and disclose and incident in front of the committee. This stigma has to be removed from the minds and society has to change to avoid any incidents of harassment and sexism in future.
