Answer #1

It is difficult to have a job which would satisfy anyone who takes it. In management we can create jobs or situations which are ethical and can satisfy some common criteria . We cannot design jobs to satisfy each and everyone. This is because the requirements of one person can vary from the other. In this era freelancing and self employment has become a major interest for the youngsters because of the fact that they can work on their own terms. This would make the employment system tougher to design because the expectations of employees might increase and it would become tough to satisfy everyone and at the same time be ethical and successful.
