Managers usually ignore the fundamentals of organisational behaviour due to some personal bias. Social perception of a manager plays an important role in ignoring the fundamentals of the organisational behaviour of the employees towards the organisation. Perceptions that directly affects the overall motivation is also one of the key factors in ignorance of the fundamentals of the organisational behaviour from the side of the managers. Perceived Public Service efficiency in which employees work towards the organisation directly affects its overall motivation as well as organisational behaviour is also one of the main reasons why managers ignore the basic fundamentals of the organisation behaviour.

Building relationships in your organisation as well as staying very positive and motivating employees is the most important organisational behaviour a manager should know. By knowing teaser specific behaviour a manager can definitely increased his level of compatibility to word the organisation and what is employee which would directly lead to a positive work environment and increased motivation in the environment of the organisational structure. This would definitely increase the overall productivity as well as efficiency of the organisation in a positive mean.

Company policies, mission and vision are the main constituent in determining the workplace culture. Policies plays an important role in determination of the culture of the organisation as well as management and behaviour needed from an employee is also an effective factor which directly affects the culture of the organisation. Top authorities and managerial authorities are responsible for developing a culture in the organisation as they have the main influence over the authorities in the organisations.

Company's cultural environment as well as the employees moral are very important for companies growth. If a company is moral standards are hiring companies internal work structure would be very effective. Morale play a very important role in creating inter employee relationship which directly increases the company's overall efficiency as well as productivity. By introducing a well managed culture into your organisation you can easily increase the overall involvement of the employees towards the organisational success.

If a company is cultural environment is rich then the companies employ would work towards the company is benefit and they would also excel in their field. Excellence in any field is directly helpful in competition towards your competitor. By having better employee management system as well as cultural programs in your company you can easily improve the company's bottom line.

By maintaining vast cultural diversity into your company, you can easily enhance the overall productivity of the company. In an organisational culture integrity of the employees in maintain towards their workplace and defaulter commitment towards their organisation.

In a happy environment employees can work more efficiently and can get involved in jobs more integrally. An organisation where there is very less differences between the departments is very healthy as compared to the one a bad culture. And we can say that cultural considerations have an impact on company's bottom line as well as company' s advantage.

Implementing new strategies as well as modifying the Vision and Mission statement of the organisation and providing proper training to the organisation according to the new our culture, new culture could be developed in an organisation.

Managers are the main responsible person in an organisation to develop a new culture and to implement it truly inside an organisation. By making different strategies as a collaboration between the employee and employer or the employer, new culture can be easily developed in an organisation.

Code of conduct and code of ethics are the main part of the preservation of the culture inside an organisation. Supervising the employees and guiding them as well as motivating them to follow the company's culture is essential to maintain and preserve the company's culture.

As the company or organisation grow positively according to the time, need of new value and ethics are required to stay competitive and to maintain a good working environment for the employees and the culture evolve accordingly. Evolving culture definitely means a growing organisation which is positive towards its work and employees.
