Answer #1

If the employee causes damage to another person within the course and scope of employment, the employer is vicariously liable under the doctrine of respondeat superior. In such a situation I would check whether the negligent act occurred within the course and scope of employment. Business would be liable only if the act was done as part of the job responsibilities, it occurred within the authorized time and space limits and it was activated by a purpose to serve the master. If all the conditions are satisfied and business is liable for the negligence, we would provide the required damages to the victim and save the business from liabilities. If the conditions are not satisfied, we would prove the business to be not liable in the court with the help of an attorney.
