The guidelines for formatting report is title page, abstract ,body and references. The text should be typed on standard white paper of 8.5" x 11". The APA style requires a font which is easy to read, recommending size 12, the font can be Times New Roman font.On both title page double spacing is required and throughout the paper.Margins should be 1" on all sides of the page. On all sides including top, bottom, left and right margin should be 1 inch.In Line Spacing including quotations of 40 or more words, should be double spacing should occur throughout the document. Paragraph indentation should be set to one-half inch from the left side of the page. A special page header consisting of the page number and the running head typed in all capital letters. Title on the title pagesshould be in capital letters only.
