Barrier defence: barrier defence is a physical means of defence, it comes under innate immunity as it has always been present and also its non -specific and dont form memory of pathogen as in case of adaptive immunity. Organism invertebrates and vertebrates both uses these mechanism as a primary defence. In both cases skin and other different barriers are very important form of defence .
