Based on your experience, identify three examples of chronic or sporadic deficiencies that were the result of either poor work or poor quality planning

Some of the examples are:

• Lack of co ordination : The collaborative working environment is missing in many organization and this create more silo working nature. This results in failure of many project in terms of budget planning and resource estimation. Team members wont gel together and there is lack of scope of synergy drive.
• Miscommunication:- Many organization face this issue majorly because of problems in communication flow. This results in misinterpretation and set wrong expectation.
• Mismanagement:- Top leaders who are incapable of understanding the operational or ground level constraints ends up in doing bad planning. This majorly because of their lack of foreseen capabilities and market knowledge. They drive out objectives based on the targets and unrealistic deadlines make employees life miserable.
