Effective project managers have ability to multitask projects and get team along in doing complex tasks. He is majorly responsible for delegation of work, foreseeing accuracy and maintenance, managing employees needs and guiding them, solving key problems and bottleneck, and assuring and delivering results within expected time frame.

Managers can solve all constrisnts together namely quality cist and time by Automation and Robotics and leveraging Artificial intelligence and Internet of Things which minimise tike to rollout new projects and at same time helps managers to scale business which ultimately reduces costs. Coupling this with effective management and leadership we can reduce and eliminate errors and bring sybergies which assures of higher than ever quality at same time.

Good quality Includes leadership, prioritisation, time management, ownership, risk management, negotiation, emotional intelligence and empathy.
