Answer #1

Manager and leaders are way different things and hence I can refute this statement.

In a broad perspective, managers are the one who manages the task and can be out under the transactional leadership model. The role of such managers or transactional leaders is to get the task done by the team by showing them the correct path and give them time to time motivation and all.

whereas a Leader

It is a broader perspective which includes all kind of traits which include managing the task or business, inspire the people who work under them, take a difficult decision, take risks, execute orders and face the impact. They are the real torchbearers of the company who has a bigger responsibility.
