This is a management system that creates and manage the relationship with the current and future customers of the organization. It helps the organization to understand the customer's needs and requirements and to identify the methods through which those requirements can be fulfilled for increasing profit and successful achieving of organizational goal.

Now let us discuss how we should approach to implement CRM in our organization

  • We will ensure that all the stages within our organization are fully supporting and accepting the CRM program in the organization this will make the CRM program successful.
  • We will hire a project manager for this program who has a piece of great knowledge and experience in this process so that our company is maximizing the benefits of this program.
  • Training the employees for this system will help a lot to understand the proper usage and benefits of the program which will motivate the employees to show there best for the organization.

Now let us discuss what needs to be avoided while implementing CRM in our firm

  • We should avoid the concept in which only one or two parts of the organization are actively involved in this program. For a successful implementation of CRM each and every part of the organization should be involved in the program.
  • The CRM program should be planned and implemented according to future goals and competitions. We should not only think about the current status of the organization while using CRM.
  • For creating a long term relationship with our customers we should to not avoid social media while using the CRM program as this will totally help the organization to quickly and properly understand the customers need and requirements.
