1. One of the live example of ethical dilemma which i have seen is related to end of life care .It happened when i was posted in ICU , one of my colleagues got 3 sick patients out of which one patient was terminally ill and was getting end of life care . So ,due to staff shortage and increased workload the other nurse have not spend soo much time as well as care to that patient . It is an example of unethical behaviour.

2. Ethical issue in this case is injustice and violation of non - maleficence and beneficence .

3. The action that worked in resolving the ethical dilemma is that equality is the human right and everyone should be treated equally whether it is an infant or elderly terminally ill .
