The mortality rate can be reduced by providing critical and efficient care to seriously ill patients, providing palliative care reduce admission to the hospital at the end of life .patient satisfaction can be improved by providing quality care to the patient and meet their expectations.Health status of patient can be improved by preventing injuries to the patient from care,use proper equipment’s, trained personnel should handle ill patient and correct administration of medications at right time etc can improve the patient health status.
