A healthy meal should contain starchy foods like potatoes , bread or rice , some dairy products also some beans , pulses, egg , meat , fish and unsaturated oils , drink plenty of fluids. For example;

1 to 2 cups of fruits

3 to 4 cups of vegetables

5 to 8 ounces of grain

Half cup from whole grains

3 cups of nonfat dairy products

5 to 6 ounces of protein ( beans ,meat ,seafood )
