Japan culture.

Comparing with other Asian countries, Japan is considered more ' western' culturally. Japanese diet is considering as one of the most healthy diet. The lowest obesity rate that is 3% in the world is owned by Japan.

1- day meal plan for a Japanese diet

Breakfast ( consider as the most important meal in a day)

Green tea

1 cup white rice or Omurice( omlette rice)

1 egg

Seaweed strips

Miso soup

Lunch

Rice

Asian greens

Fish

Green tea

Snack

Fuji apple

Dinner

Miso soup

Rice sea vegetables with tofu

Chicken

Evening snack

Tangerine

Japanese diet is rich in fish and soybean products, low in meat and fats. They are following some diet tips: they are small portions, fresh seasonal food and value quality more than quantity. They eat slowly and 80% full. They make food look beautiful and attractive to eyes.

Healthy choices.

Japanese food contain more salt and protein. The sauce and special miso soup contains a considerable amount of salt. It may leads to certain health problems. As chronic kidney disease( CKD) renal replacement therapy (RRT) is more common in Japan doctors used to instruct the clients to have less salt and protein content food. They can avoid seasoning with Salt , sausage and Miso and avoid processed food.
