Pregnancy is a period which carries two lives.A simple meal plan which are highly nutritious is as follows

Breakfast

  • Oats or oat meal (1bowl )250 ml ,which are filled with minerals,vitamins,fiber,antioxidants.protein,starch
  • Fruits :1bowl.They are rich in fibres ,vitamins and minerals and have zero cholesterol
  • 1 glass of low fat milk (250ml).It contains calcium, phosphorus,fast and water soluble  vitamins, minerals
  • Water: 1 glass

Lunch

  • Vegetables:1 cup(carrot,beans,sprouts ,greens,etc)
  • Oil :6 tsp (rice bran oil,canola Oil,safflower oil,olive oil
  • Salad (1 cup)
  • Dried cranberries (1 tablespoon )
  • Milk or fruit juice
  • Wayer:1 glass

Dinner

  • 1 cup quiona
  • Brown rice:1 cup
  • Grilled salmon (4oz)
  • Vegetables (1 or half cup)
  • Water : 1glass

All the above foods are rich source of vitamins, minerals, fats, carbohydrates, protein content food

The common foods which has yo be avoided are high mercury fish,uncooked or partially cooked meat,street foods,sprouts,raw vegetables,raw egg or meat etc.,
