Create (type) a 7-day meal plan for breakfast and dinner with one dietary restriction (i.e. milk free, vegan, dairy free, or gluten free) that meets the Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2015-2020 (DGA).


Items to submit for review:
7-day menu with breakfast and dinner that meets DGA recommendations. You cannot repeat the same meals each day, you must review MyPlate and or DGA recommendations to ensure you include all food groups (fruits, vegetables, dairy, and protein).

Milk free diet plan for 7 days

DAY 1

Breakfast- Spinach and tomato roasted oven omlette, Orange Juice

Dinner- Lasagne style pasta baked

DAY 2

Breakfast- bagels with berries

Dinner- Balsamic glazed chicken with mushrooms, mashed potato

DAY 3

Breakfast- sausage with egg muffin

Dinner- Glazed salmon with roasted green vegetables

DAY 4

Breakfast- 4 boiled eggs

Dinner- Tacos and Tacos salad

DAY 5

Breakfast- Rainbow plater with fresh fruit and berries

Dinner- garlic mashed cauliflower

DAY 6

Breakfast- Quaker oats

Dinner- Steak with zuccini

DAY 7

Breakfast- Waffal with fresh fruits

Dinner- Falfal with pita bread
