- 1 bowl brown rice pilaf
-3/4 cup of chicken peas salad
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
-1/2 cup Mexican bean soup
-1 stuffed pepper
-1 cup fresh apple juice
Snack:
-2 muffins meatloaf
-1 seeding granola bar
-1 cup chocolate pudding
Dinner:
-1/2 bowl garlicky spaghetti
-1 salmon burger with cheese loaded
-1 cup mixed veg noodle soup
