7 day meal plan.

Breakfast - have plenty of water.

Then have fruits along with some bread and egg.

Afternoon - eat grains enriched food having good source of carbohydrates, fats and proteins.

Eat good vegetable curry or salad along with some meat.

Snacks-have fruit salad and some milk.

Dinner- better to have lite food enriched with proteins and carbohydrates.

Better to take cereals like chapathi with dal etc.

By this way our body gets enough source of vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables.

Carbohydrates from cereals.

Proteins from milk.

Egg,meat provides both proteins and fats.

In middle our body should be supplied with plenty of water.
