So the allelic frequencies for each genotype is calculated considering HW law= 2 x p x q where p and q are the frecuencies of each allele

Strip 1. AB. 2 x 1/3 x 1/9. = 0.074

Strp 2. DE. 2 x 1/53 x 1/78. = 0.00048

Strp 3. HI. 2 x 1/7 x 1/90 = 0.0031

Strp 4. MO. 2 x 1/35 x 1/13 = 0.0043

This is the chance for an US citizen for each allelic pair of the 4 allelic pairs present in semen sample
