Answer: Inter-professional team work consist of many skilled and highly expert health care professionals. There is a vast diversity in the ability of the people. Working with these people gives us a great opportunity to learn and enhance our knowledge. The main aim of these professional is to achieve the goal to provide better treatment and health care.

The professionals works together which results into better treatment. The Inter-professsionals are highly skilled and they know how to tackle the severe problems regarding health care

Working with the professionals will help patients to recover more easily as they mainly aim the welfare of the patients. People should encourage this working as it has many benefits. Sometimes there may be conflict between the thinking capabilities of person as it is a human nature but this little thing can be avoided. This is the only challenge I can see while working with inter- professional, as views and thoughts vary from person to person in that case many problems occurs. But it is hardly happen because their main aim is to resolve the problem and provide better treatment. So there things can be managed.
