A hospital marketing director at a very large hospital in an urban setting has several research projects to undertake this quarter. The hospital is continuing to expand its offerings in the metropolitan area and ensure a strong relationship with the top physicians in the community.

The current projects that he is currently researching include the following: An MCO is trying to determine what concerns physicians have in agreeing to become part of its panel of physicians who will treat its subscribers.

He has asked you to assist by developing a report analyzing the projects would help the hospital improve its relationship with the public. Given that the projects would be presented to the hospital’s Board of Trustees, the marketing director indicated that your report needs to include a critique of current literature (scholarly references) to support a position on each. To say hospital and health care system operating margins are different today ,the hospitals are expanded vastly in the metropolitan cities to get profitability as well as to render the services to the public ..   

The main moto of private hospitals are increasing the top physicians in their hospitals to improve the quality of the services as well as to attract the people .hospitals are spending more economic funds upon the physician to create harmony with the physicians .

- hospitals can improve their relation ships nmby making strong startegies and just by the communication with physicians.

How the physicians agree to be part of its panel physicians to treatment suscribers :

• Making the great funding deal with physicians
• by conducting encouragement meetings to reward the physicians.
• hospital should manage new services to improve the work ability of physicians
• should provide increments or incentives for the physicians .
• should maintain good communivation with physicians.
