I demonstrate care for my peers in many ways.  I never forget to greet my colleagues accordingly. I ask them about how they doing and if my peers are absent or on leave I ask their whereabouts on social media and make it sure that they are safe. I generally ask them if they need any help from me, especially whenever I feel they are not doing well. During duty whenever a colleague or peer asks for any particular information or guidance which is in my competence and knowledge and capacity I happily help them. And, sometimes I noticed that some of my friends were skipping breakfast to reach on time I took special care in understanding them the importance of eating a  balanced food on time and the need for staying healthy while working in a health care organization as health care workers are at the risk of getting infected if their immunity power is compromised.

I do not care for the patients assigned to me in the same way as I  care about my colleagues. Firstly, nearly all my interactions with patients are part of nursing interventions that are pre-planned with well-defined objectives set after an assessment of the patient's condition. I strictly follow widely accepted nursing standards in each interaction and communication with my clients. I always maintain a professional relationship (therapeutic nurse-patient relationship) with my patients whereas I am closely and emotionally attached to some of the colleagues, I always keep a professional BOUNDARY with patients. I never try to or contact any of my patients on social media.

I expect my instructors to take care of my academical and professional growth. I am hopeful that they will mentor and guide me into the noble profession of nursing.

Some times I am afraid of my safety at the hospital. I feel very vulnerable as a student because sometimes when the angry relatives of patients ask me questions about the patient's condition. I have witnessed a group of angry relatives beating a female physician accusing her of medical negligence.
