Answer #1

Health is an important aspect of every human being to lead a quality life. According to Daniels ,here it can be categorized into negative rights (trying to live happily, having freedom in life to do what they prefer) and positive rights(doing good for orhers, people are supposed to pay taxes to avail healthcare).Healthcare in US is achievable under the positive rights .Upon considering the positive rights healthcare is not considered to be a true right but in positive rights it is a human right to have a good health.
