Some of the goals which can be had in the group are

  • To maintain a team work
  • To be goal oriented and work towards it uniformly
  • To make sure the topic or subject is conscised and easy to understand

As a leader the following steps can be done to help the group members meet their goals are

  • Formulate a plan
  • Set a time limit
  • Encourage and support team work
  • Make sure proper guidance is given to the members
  • Clarify any doubts
  • Ensure adequate training programs
  • Review and evaluate the progress periodically and assess for any setbacks and rectify it timely.
