Health is state of complete wellbeing including the physical, mental, spiritual not merely in the absence of disease or infirmity.

Health to be complete all the domains must be balanced in the individual. When any of the domain is not balanced the individual will go to illeness.

The factors affecting health can be:

* physical problems

* psychological problems

* socioeconomic status

* environmental

* nutritional factors.

Out of the above mentioned factors socio economic plsys a vital role. In ancient times the communicable disease were named only for the people who are economically backward and who cannot take up the proper vaccination and they live in very dusky congestid places. On th other side chronically ill disease such as hypertension and diabetes were called as rich man's disease. This is how the disease itself was classified based on the socioecomic factors.

SOCIO economic status plays an important role in individuals health starting from preventive, promotove, treating and rehabilitating. For instance when a individual is financially backward he would not be affording proper nutrition which in turn leads to the lower immunity, similarly with enhancing health by vaccinations and other supplements wereby he is not affordable. When the disease occurred it won't be treated fast and may lead to the complications.

Thus economic status will decide the individuals health by satisfying all the domains wereby the individual is holistically filled.

The socioeconomic status have the other side weere by the lifestyle changes occurs in people wereby they end up in reduction of health and acquire the disease for example, unhealthy eating habits, bad habits such as alcoholism and smoking, occupation and so on.

There are also the evidence that socio economic status will have low patient outcome on health care wereby, compared to high socio economic status even the physicians perceive less on their independence, medication and the follow up visits they do. They do delay the diagnostic procedures and referrals to the other hospitals.

Thus even the care the lower socioeconomic population also depends on richness and still they are back in health making themselves prone for diseases, lower life expentancy and with partial treatment.
